The words you use are very powerful. As a Luxury Agent your job is to expertly guide a client through what can be an emotional and complex process.  Effective communication is one of the highest skills you can have and the reason we devote so much training time to it. The manner and method in which you deliver information is what motivates clients to move forward and feel good about their decisions. 

The words you use matter. When you are working with people buying or selling what is many times the largest financial investment of their lifetime your use of the right words is of paramount importance. The right words will increase the depth and quality of the client experience and start conversations that lead to connection, which enhances the relationship, and leads to future opportunities. 

In this training, we will talk about “Words that Clarify” and you will learn three phrases. These are “Power Words” that work to generate responses in the other person that put you in a better position to understand, and therefore advise them. When you change your WORDS, you can change the future of your WORLD.
