Detailed Course Description

“Premium Service” is a term used in luxury real estate. It refers to a level of care and attention to detail that are standard to meet the expectations of a Luxury Client. Premium service is a foundational element of your real estate offering. The Luxury Consumer is not measuring your service based on the benchmark of general real estate agents.  They are comparing you to other Luxury Agents they have worked with in the past or who are currently in the marketplace. Your skills need to be commensurate, if not superior.

A Luxury Agent sets high expectations and will seek to understand those they work with. They have systems and checklists that outline what the client will receive at different stages. They instill confidence and security, no matter what is happening with a transaction. They care about the client relationship because it long survives the closing. They know one relationship can turn into multiple deals. A Luxury Agent has clients who know what they want and will pay for the best. Their communication skills are superior, and they believe in delivering world-class service that over-delivers on client expectations.
