Detailed Course Description

The way you communicate and influentially deliver a message is very important. Better communication is a continuous learning process, and your best teacher is experience. By definition, an “Acquisition” is “something that can be acquired or gained”. In our situation, the acquisition is the persuasive and compelling statement that the Luxury Client wants to hear to validate that you are the right person for the job.

The acquisition is the statement that is delivered sometime after the transition. It has been proven to induce a specific type of response. When you say it the way it is taught here, the other person feels inclined to provide a detailed explanation. The Influential Conversation is “My passion is the strategy of real estate. I obsess over the details and have learned over time my greatest fulfillment comes in working in and around unique properties. If there is anything out of the ordinary let me work to find it.” Practice these words and structure your business by what they promise. You will be viewed with more respect because you have professed what you believe in, and that involves doing the best possible job, no matter what the situation is.
